The Kansas Communities That Care (KCTC) survey is administered to students in grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 each year. Parents/guardians are provided the opportunity to opt in for their student to participate in this survey during annual district enrollment. Students that do not have a parent/guardian opt-in submitted will not participate.
USD 363 has elected to participate in the Core module and the Depression Suicide and Family Domain optional modules only. The survey will be administered during 1st semester.
